Great food as typical middle east cuisine, Hommos. It is a paste of chick pie, garlic and lemon. Put olive oil when we eat. It is normaly a dip for Khobz (Arabic thin bread).
This is one of most popular food in Arabic countries. Strongly bake egg plants, peel skins, and then mix with tahini(sesami puree),garlic and lemon. This also contains milk, and put high quality of olive oil when I eat it.
Machboos is one colored spicy piraf, even though Briyani is two colored spicy piraf. It has curry flavor and mutton meat. It has much meat but covored completely, it is Arabic decoration.

This cheese is derived from Cyprus but wide expanded in/around middle east countries. It doesn't melt high temparature. Grilled Halloumi is very nice and typical food in mezze (startar food).
