We can not enjoy alcoholid drink in the middle east but some countries like Jordan. Arac is made from Anis, so that it has curious flavors. Arac looks pure but turn white when you make a mixture with water. I enjoyed Arac with Beduin nomados.

Khinkhali [Hinkali]

Awesome! here are some amazing dishes like Khinkhali。 It’s a kind of big meat dumpling. Chopped lumb meat and Italian persely together, and rolled by dumpling skins.Iit has big size like hand fist. When I ate this one, hot hot juice was coming into mouth. It makes us hot even Caucasian is cold area. Eat with no sause because juice has awesome taste.

Khachapli [Hachapuli]

White salty cheese was put on the thin sauqre bread dough, and then fold 4 corners (approximately 15 to 20 cm each). It is pie-like cheese-in-bread. Rich melted cheese makes rich taste! And more it is cheap! I of course repeated it. They also have round shape.

Hommos

No.1 typical middle east cuisine, Hommos. It is a paste of chick pie, garlic and lemon. Put olive oil when we eat. It is normaly a dip for Khobz (Arabic thin bread)

Muttabal

It is one of typical puree of baked eggplant with garlic and lemon. It is usualy eaten as a dip for khobz (Arabic thin bread).

Taboule

It seems to be different between French taboule and Lebanese one. This is similar to later one because it contains lots of parsley mainly. Some wheatjam and tomato are included, then lemon taste was added.

Knafa

This is a kind of popular sweets in Arabic countries. This is layered by cream cheese and honeyed varmiceeri. Very nice taste!

Kuwaiti tea normally doesn't contain spices so that we can enjoy real tea flavor and sweet taste.

Homos

It is considered one of most important food in Arabic countries. Pureed chickpea, sesame paste, garlic and lemon. Olive oir is on the top. Eat with khobz (Arabic thin bread). We can eat it much because it doesn't contain salt.

Fattoush

This salad is seen in Arabic countries. Greenleaves and courton (made from khobz, arabic thin bread). We can enjoy the crispy taste. Some sabor is added only to vegetable.

Biryani

Biryani is derived from India. Both arabic restautante and asian resutaurante serve this dish. 2 colour rice (white and orange) is fried with salt, butter and spices(cardamon and clove seem to be common). Big meat is in the rice!
