Injera, Shulowat, Aricha

Traditional meal in Ethiopia is often piled on and served with Injera, which is fermented crepe-like flat bread made from Tef flour. Shulowat is red simmered stew with diced beans, Aricha is yellow (tarmeric) simmered stew with diced potato (sometimes with carrot). Aricha is not spicy, nor hot, it's very mild stew. I like Aricha very much!
