Injera, Tibbs

Traditional meal in Ethiopia is often piled on and served with Injera, which is fermented crepe-like flat bread made from Tef flour. Tibbs is one of most popular food for injera which is grilled goat meat, sometimes with onion or pimenta. I like to eat Injera tibbs with “Quebe” which is melt butter made from goat. We should not forget also “Data” (green hot paste) while eating Injera tibbs.
